No fun playing in the wind

Aside from the fact that it is February 20th, 2021 and the sun was shining and we are playing a round of disc golf … THE WIND SUCKS! It started with just a healthy wind but manageable but it sure did not take long to ruin my game. After posting a health Eagle on hole 1 from the reds the wind decided to erase my lead. 2021 Goal!

We played yesterday and it was the beginning of February so today it occurs to me that I should set a disc golf goal for 2021. I intend to play at least one round in every month of the year. I intend to play at least 2 rounds on 21 different courses this year. Well, so far, I have 2 of 12 months and 1 of 21 different courses.

A beautiful February day with the temperature easily over 10 C. Jay, John and myself were out there again playing for the second day in a row. The round was from the Reds again as there was a bit of a breeze but … IT IS FEBRUARY!! After playing strong for 2 months and posting personal bests I have crashed back to earth. Two days in a row the games and scores have been dismal … comparatively speaking. Yesterday I could not seem to focus on the basket so my putting suffered.
